Why am I unable to set my status?
When you are attempting to set your status in the web interface or switchboard you may run into an error:Â Unable to Set Status
In this event a simple fix is to go to Server > IP Configuration and resave the page.
Technically this is rewriting the info displayed on the page to include the JABBER HOSTNAME which is the culprit behind the error. Saving this page does restart the phone system and drop all calls.
This will resolve the issue.
