Calls being dropped after being on hold for 5 minutes

Symptom
Calls are being dropped after being on hold for X amount of time.
Solution
This is being caused by your MAX RTP configuration. By default this is set to 5 minutes. This setting is in place to prevent hung channels.
To change this setting, go to the Asterisk SIP Settings module and click on "Chan SIP" from the menu in the upper right.
Under the MEDIA & RTP Settings section, you can see that the rtpholdtimeout is set to 300 seconds (5 minutes).You can adjust this higher or lower as needed.
