Phones - How to Reset Different Digium Phone Models to Factory Default
A Digium phone cannot be factory reset during an active call. You may factory reset a phone during a restart or by accessing the display's idle screen menu.
D80 phones:
During the boot process, when the Sangoma logo (or Digium Logo, for older firmware) and spinner are shown, press any 3 screen corners for 7 seconds.
From the idle screen, open the display menu by swiping from the left side or press the Menu icon at the top-left corner. Select Advanced > Reset to Factory Defaults > Yes.
D70, D60/65 and D40/45 phones, factory reset via the menu:
From the phone display, press More > More > Menu > 5- Advanced > 2- Reset to Factory Defaults > Yes.
D70, D65/60, D40/45 phones, factory reset during restart:
Restart the phone. After step 2 of 8, press and hold down the * 8 6 keys (simultaneously depress all three keys). Release the keys after the 'Resetting to factory defaults and rebooting' message appears.
