Updating to Switchvox 6.3.1
This article describes the issues resolved in Switchvox version 6.3.1 (81673). See also:Â Known Issues.
This version requires version 6.1.2 (84996)
Extension Permission Can pickup ringing calls now works without Can Record or Can Monitor permission enabled.
Large numbers of simultaneous calls to extensions in a Contacts & Tags widget are now handled more efficiently in a Switchboard.
Switchboard Contacts & Tags widget sorts correctly by last name when multiple contacts did not have a last name.
Paused queue members are now correctly included in the count of logged-in members on the Switchboard queue widgets when the user has only Overview permission. (Paused members have always been included in the count of busy members.)
An agent login extension now works when called from extensions other than that agent's extension, which allows login from an IVR.
Scheduled reports now correctly use the option Run on a Daily Interval.
Call Logs now correctly show the queue members in the call, where a call was assisted-transferred into a ring-all queue.
Call Reports output is no longer sorted differently for XLS and XML.
Queue Reports on average wait times for completed calls now correctly match the data in queue logs, which usually showed longer wait times.
Queue members will continue getting calls now after transferring a queue call back into the queue using assisted transfer.
Ring all queues where multiple members answer simultaneously now correctly serve the call to the answering member.
Extremely large files are managed more efficiently (voicemail archives, backups, etc.).
Restoring multiple-gigabyte Backup files is now more consistently successful.
The IVR Action Get Extension Type no longer reports the type incorrectly where the extension number has existed as multiple types.
The IVR Action Send Call Values to URL is no longer replacing "&" with "&" in the URL.
Current Calls page no longer shows XML errors when extraneous data is in caller ID.
A 200 OK response is now sent for an INFO request with no message body if the INFO request was successfully received for an existing call.
When a secondary line is assigned with external host and port other than 5060, the port number is now correctly used on the phone.Â
Regular calls are no longer detected as faxes where the sound volume of a call is very low.
Peered Switchvoxes SIP Status no longer shows as Unknown where a hostname is too long.
Certain assisted-transfer behavior in 6.3 lead to an issue of Switchvox being unable to process outgoing or internal extension to extension calls, which now no longer occurs.
