Switchvox - Rapid Dial Lists

Rapid Dial Lists can be created and assigned to a phone extension. Lists can include Switchvox Extensions, External Contacts, and Status Indicators for a queue or a parking space. If you use a queue-agent Status Indicator in an admin Rapid Dial List, and assign the list to a phone extension, that extension is used on the phone's Rapid Dial Key.
For each list, you can manage the entries just as you would on the Rapid Dial Favorites within the phone-user’s web suite. You can add extensions, external contacts and status indicators, and order all the entries as you want them to appear for the phone-user.
