Switchvox - How to Launch Switchboard

To launch Switchboard from a user portal, do the following: 

1. Log into a user portal (https://<ip.of.your.system>/main), using your Extension and Voicemail password. 

2. In the /main screen, next to your extension icon, click the Swichboard button. This displays the default Switchboard layout for your extension.

To launch Switchboard from the /admin portal, do the following:

1. Log into the /admin portal  (https://<ip.of.your.system>/admin), using your admin credentials.

2. Navigate to Setup > Extenions > Manage, then click the Login icon to an extension (Door icon).

3. In the /main screen, next to your extension icon, click the Swichboard button. This displays the default Switchboard layout for the extension.
