Overview

The Parking Application lets you see all the parked calls that you have permissions for. It is designed to work with both the Parking Module and the Park Pro module. You can visually see your parked calls and pick up any parked call.

the Parking Application will only let the user see public parking lots unless the user is a member of a private lot.

Viewing and Retrieving Parked Calls

  • Pressing the Parked Calls button while not on a call will display a list of parked calls.


  • Here you can see the list of parked calls with other details.

    • Called ID :- Caller ID of the person parked.

    • Number :- Number of the person parked

    • Extension :- Parking extension.

    • Duration :- how long they have been parked for.




From here you can pick up any specific parked call by using the up/down arrow keys and and pressing Answer. You can also use the Refresh button to update the list.
