For the P31X, P32X and P33X, when the Phone is fully booted, you can access the "Factory Reset" option from the Main menu. Press the ✓ Nav button, scroll down the menu items to find "Factory Reset" then press "Select". You will be prompted to confirm.

For the P370, open the menu in the upper left corner and expand the Advanced menu section. Choose "Reset to Factory Defaults". You will be prompted to confirm.

Factory Reset During Boot

For the P31X, P32X and P33X, while the phone is booting and the Sangoma logo and graphic are displayed, press in order  *  8 and 6 buttons until the text "Resetting to Factory Defaults" appears. When the phone boots again, it will be in a factory default state.

The P370 can be factory reset by pressing and holding for a few seconds any three corners of the screen during the boot process while the Sangoma logo and graphic are displayed. A confirmation dialog will appear confirming the resect action.
