Switchvox - What are the differences between Groups and Tags (6.X)

Note: Tags were removed in Switchvox version 6.7. See this article for assistance with groups: https://sangomakb.atlassian.net/wiki/x/N4DrFg

The following are the principal differences between Groups and Tags:

Groups have a specific order, Tags are alphabetic order
Tags can contain External Contacts, Groups cannot.
If you delete a Tag that is maintained with a Group, the Group’s Link to Tag is automatically set to NO.
