Phones - Digium phone is stuck reconfiguring
If your digium phone is stuck in a loop and keeps reconfiguring you will need to follow these steps:
Unplug the network cable from the phone and wait until the phone shows "no network", leave the network cable unplugged.
With the network cable unplugged from the phone, enter the phone settings menu by selecting the settings softkey and choose option 9, reset to factory default, then choose the reset softkey.
Let the phone reboot and go through the steps 1-8 until the phone shows "no network" again.
Enter the phone settings menu and select digium configuration server (option 2).
Reconnect the network cable to the phone.
Enter the server IP address and port in the digium configuration server screen and click go.
Enter the global configuration password and select your extension.
NOTE: This method will work only if the phone is connected with an AC Adapter when the ethernet cable (PoE) is disconnected. The phone must have a power source to boot up without the PoE cable connected.
