Multiple Screen Pops
Launching the same query with eAgent and Blitz Lead Manager.

For this to work, you must have any secondary CRMs set up as a HUD Web Launcher Profile by your Fonality system administrator. See the following link for info on setting up a Web Launcher Profile: HUD Web Launcher

Start by adding eAgent as your primary Web Launcher. You will need to retrieve the URL from eAgent
Log into eAgent as you normally would.
Select the "Setup" button at the top of the screen
Select the "VoIPÂ Integration" button under "My User"
Select Fonality from the "Select VoIP Provider" drop down box. This will provide you with the information you need to properly configure the HUD web launcher. You'll want to highlight the entire link that appears in the box and copy by hitting CTRL+C on your keyboard.Â
Open your Fonality admin Control Panel and navigate to Options -> HUD -> "Create new Web Launcher." Enter the URL from the previous step to the Inbound Calls :: During New Call line. Apply the change and create another new web launcher.
This second launcher will contain your Blitz information. Enter Blitz as the name and copy the following link to the Inbound Calls :: During New Call URL line:

Open HUD and click File -> Settings -> Web Launcher. Make sure that you see eAgent and Blitz, select eAgent and click Apply -> Close
Only the primary CRM will pop automatically. For this example only eAgent will launch automatically, you will have to manually activate the screen pop on your second query (Blitz) by clicking the "www" button in your HUD notification window.

At this point you should have two tabs open in your default web browser, one for eAgent and one for Blitz
