Support Services - Why am I not able to register?

 If you are failing registration and you encounter this error 'Registration has failed RPS check' , please follow the steps below:

  1. First step to get this issue resolved is to make sure that you have registered a Digium account on our website.  If you do not yet have one, you will need to create an account by going to https://my.digium.com

  2. If you already have an account, the next step will be to contact customer servicehttp://www.digium.com/en/company/customer-service or call in at +1 (256) 428-6262 option 4.
