Description:Â Adding External Contacts may not allow those contacts to be seen in Switchboard under certain circumstances. This is caused when the external contacts are read by the system before internal contacts, leading the logic of the contacts not to run properly. Usually this would be due to a blank or otherwise empty Extension Group being used in for the internal directory under Tools -> Extension Features -> Internal Directory
