How Do I Disable Switchboard Chat?

  1. Login to the Admin Suite.

  2. Navigate to Setup Tab -> Extensions -> Manage

  3. Choose extension to restrict and click Modify Button.

  4. Navigate to Permissions Tab.

  5. Expand 'Use PBX Features'

  6. Disable 'Use Switchboard Chat Panel'

  7. Click Save SIP Extension
