How To Setup A Custom Image On Polycom Phones

To setup a custom image on Polycom SoundPoint/SoundStation IP Phones:
The Phone Feature Packs don't permit changing the idle screen image. You must change the configuration files for the phones manually, using the phone's web UI ,or using a custom sip.cfg file. Here is the article from Polycom support on how to do this:
