Phones - Disabling virtual keys on Snom 8XX phones

Set `goto_virtual_keys_state_on_activity` to `off`

To get this done:

  1. Log into the Snom phone's web page. Go to 'Settings'. Click the 'here' link that says:

"Click here to save the settings in XML format."

  1. Save this file to your desktop.

  2. Then open it up to edit the line and change `goto_virtual_keys_state_on_activity` to `off`. Then go to the Advanced page (left side menu), click on the Update tab. Look for 'Upload Setting File manually:' and browse to the file on your desktop. Choose it and click Load. Let the phone reboot.
