In order to change the ring back tone heard when calling internally or inbound, follow the below steps:
Navigate to Server>Maintenance>Telephony Cards
Select the desired National ring back tone from the drop down list under Hardware Country Settings
Select Save
Note: This will cause the software to restart and drop any current calls on the system.
