Licensing Information

With Fonality's new control panel comes a different way of organizing your employees. Licenses will unlock certain features of the system for individual users allowing you to customize the access given to any one of your employees as well as save a little money.

*Customers on SE edition and 2010.1.7 will have the following options available:

  • Multiple Auto Attendant (ability to route calls by number dialed)

  • 1:1 Intercom & 1:1 Page (1:1 Page does not actually exists, it defaults back to 1:1 Intercom)

  • Inbound CNAM Tagging (set inbound Caller ID Name/Number in submenu)

  • Uploading of Voice Prompts

 

Call Center Agent License:

  • Available to customers on Call Center Edition

  • Extension MUST have this license to be able to barge/monitor/whisper

 

CRM Agent License:

  • Enables CRM Integration

 

Mobility Pack License:

  • Enables Findme Followme

 

Voicemail Only License:

  • Enables Voicemail only extensions

 

Virtual License:

  • Enables Virtual extensions

 

HUD Phone License:

  • Coming soon

 

HUD Mobile License:

  • Coming soon

low => standard user for Standard Edition

high => standard user for Team/Professional Edition

mobility => mobility addons

crm => crm agent user license (also known as advanced call center)

standard => call center agent user license

transcribe => voicemail transcription (not yet released, in 2011.1)

video => HUD video chat license (not yet released, in 2011.1)

hudmobile => HUDmobile user license (not yet implemented)

hudphone => HUDphone user license (not yet implemented)
