Server Crashed

If your server has crashed, you must record the on-screen error message and submit it in it's entirety to Fonality Support.

If there is no error message displayed on-screen, please reboot the PBXtra and Fonality Support will do everything possible to discover the root cause and prevent the same situation in the future.

Without the full information displayed on the console monitor after a kernel panic, Fonality Support will not be able to provide you with a detailed explanation of the failure and how we will prevent the same failure in the future.

We recommend taking a picture of the error message with your cell phone camera or other digital camera (so that the error message is readable) and submitting the picture as an attachment with a Support Ticket.
