Kernel Panic
If your system has experience a kernel panic, you must record the on-screen error message and submit it in it's entirety to Fonality Support.
Without the full information displayed on the console monitor after a kernel panic, Fonality Support will not be able to provide you with a detailed explanation of the failure and how we will prevent the same failure in the future.
We recommend taking a picture of the error message with your cell phone camera or other digital camera (so that the error message is readable) and submitting the picture as an attachment with a Support Ticket.
