Extending Dell Warranty

Fonality is proud to offer Dell hardware.  All of our Dell products come standard with the following warranties:

 

Standard warranties (Dell parts only)

  1. Dell Mini-Tower (Optiplex 330/360) – 1 year Next Business Day warranty

  2. Dell 1U (1950 Series III) – 3 year Next Business Day warranty

You can purchase warranty upgrades Dell by doing the following:

  1. Contact your Dell Sales Representative and ask about available warranty options.

  2. Call Dell's Extended Service Division at 1-800-247-4618.  Provide the Customer Service representative with your Service Tag number and the CSR will inform you about pricing on any available extended warranty options.

Regarding hardware failures and using your warranty

Regarding your warranty date being out of sync of purchase date

Should you run into any issue where the warranty, according to Dell, is out of date, but it is within 12 months of the date of sale to you, as long as you can prove when you purchased the Dell hardware from your representative, the warranty should start from your purchase date.  All this usually entails is simply faxing your invoice to Dell.  A Dell representative will be happy to work with you.
