FindMe isn't working

  1. Please make sure you have setup FindMe first.

  2. Have you configured your dial plans properly to handle a call to your cell phone?  If you are dialing 1 + your number but you do not have a corresponding dial plan configured for 1 + 10 digits, FindMe will fail to call your cell.  Please read How do I add a new dial plan?

    1. If you are using the Call my mobile step, the number will be called as entered in your user panel. Depending on your carrier and the number, you may need to send the call as 555-1212, 310-555-1212, or 1-310-555-1212. If the mobile call is not working, please try all variations.

  3. If FindMe simply never attempts to follow the rules you have created, please contact Fonality Support.
