Setup an Installation appointment - How do I?

Reply to the Installation e-mail (Preferred)

  1. We send you an e-mail titled:
    [Fonality Ticket #NNNNNNN] Important Information Regarding the Activation of your Fonality PBX - Server ID NNNNN

  2. Please read the e-mail and fill out the attached "Fonality_Installation_Information" document.  Reply with the requested information.
    Tip: We recommend submitting your request at least 2-3 business days in advance.  The Installation schedule fills up quickly.

  3. You should receive a confirmation within 1 business day explicitly stating that your Installation Appointment has been scheduled.  If you do not receive a confirmation, please call Support to schedule/confirm your Installation Appointment.

  4. Important: Read the Installation Guide (there's also a paper copy included with your Fonality PBX system).  It provides you with valuable information that will save you time and simplify your installation experience.

  5. Ensure that the system is on-line and on your network prior to the installation appointment.  Use the directions in the Installation Guide.

 

Call us directly (Option)

During business hours (Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time).

  1. Dial 866-366-2548 (or 310-861-4300).

  2. Press option 2 for support.

  3. You will need your Server ID number, which is usually 4-6 digits and can be found in several places:

    1. Part of the username in the Web Admin login credentials that were e-mailed to you (or included in the envelope taped to the side of your PBX).

    2. In the subject of all e-mails Fonality Support sends you.

    3. Depending on where you purchased your PBX, it may be printed on the front of the server as "Server ID: NNNN".
