Business Voice - Portal Password Criteria

Overview

Sangoma uses single sign on (SSO) for most of our applications.  This means you only have to remember 1 set of logon credentials for most of our applications. The Business Voice Portal password expires every 30 days. 

Password Criteria

The Business Voice Portal password criteria is as follows:

• The password must contain at least

  • 12 characters.

  • 1 Uppercase characters (A through Z) 

  • 1 Lowercase characters (a through z) 

  • 1 Numbers (0 through 9)

  • 1 special character:

• The password cannot include any spaces.
