Business Voice - How to Configure Music on Hold
Overview
The MOH (Music/ Message on Hold) feature allows Administrators to set audio files that will automatically play to callers when incoming calls are parked, placed on hold or are in a queue. By default, all Sangoma customers have access to 3 royalty free sound files: Calm River, Sunshine and World Mix. Â
This feature is available on both BV and BV+ locations, but MoH playlists do NOT apply to remote extensions.Â
