Go to Setup > Call Routing > Incoming Calls
Create Single DID Rule or Create Ranged DID rule
Set the following
Rule Name and Note can be arbitrary value
Incoming DID to Match
Extension to Route Call
Save DID Route
Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
