How to Auto-Answer Switchboard Initiated Calls

1. Navigate to Setup

2. Select Manage under the Extensions header

3. Login to the newly created extension

4. Select the Features tab

5. Navigate to Phone Features

6. Select the Phone Settings tab

7. If you are using a Sangoma phone, select the Sangoma Phones tab. Otherwise select the Other Manufacturer's tab

8. Navigate down to Auto-answer Switchboard initiated calls and move the slider to YES.

9. Save Phone Settings
