Switchvox - How To Sync Rapid Dial Favorites

You can do sync rapid dial favorites two way:

Option 1:

1. Login to extension and go to Features > Phone Features > Rapid Dial Favorites tab > Sangoma Phone Options.

2. Set Enable Line Keys for Rapid Dial Favorites to NO and Save.

3. Login out of extension completely, log back in and set Enable Line Keys for Rapid Dial Favorites to YES.

4. Save and it should sync the Rapid Dial Keys on the phone.

Option 2:

1. Under Setup > Manage > select the line to modify.

2. Within the Phone Setting tab, under Contact Settings​, change the Enable Line Keys for Rapid Dial to NO > Save.

3. Then go back into the Phone Settings tab > Contact Settings and set Enable Line Keys for Rapid Dial to Yes again.
