How to set up Call Queue by Groups?

To set a Call Queue by Groups

  1. Go to Setup > Extensions > Manage

  2. Modify or Create Extension

    • Extension Type: Call Queue

  3. Go to Queue Information and See Queue Members

  4. Queue Members can be added individually by extension or by groups
