Switchvox - How to retrieve a deleted IVR extension
Once an extension has been deleted, there will not be a way to retrieve. You can recreate the extension.
Check that the IVR still exists
Go to Tools > PBX Features > IVR Editor
Reassign an extension to the IVR
Go to Setup > Extensions > Manage
Create Extension ( Choose Extension Type IVR )
