Overview
This guide provides the instructions on how to manage Sangoma Apps User Licenses. Once a license is assigned to a user a welcome email will be sent out to the user with instructions and a link to the app’s guide.

License Configuration Steps
Log in to the Business Voice Portal.
Select Configuration at the top of the page.
In the sidebar on the left, select License management, then select License configuration.
Proceed to the appropriate sections below based on the licensing requirements.
License Configuration
For SMS licenses, see the Sangoma SMS License Configuration section below.
① Select the desired application.
② Optionally enter a search criteria to find users.
③ Select the users to be updated.
④ In the users selected box, click the Change license dropdown and select the license type to assign to the selected users.
Sangoma SMS License Configuration
It is CRITICALLY IMPORTANT that Business Voice customers, using our SMS/MMS apps, register their numbers to campaigns in the Sangoma TCR Portal at https://smscampaigns.sangoma.com. SMS regulations require all SMS and MMS messaging traffic sent to US-based mobile numbers to be registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR). Any outbound SMS/MMS sent from unregistered numbers will not be delivered to US-based mobile numbers.
① Select the Sangoma SMS.
② Search and select a user.
③ Select a previously purchased, registered, and unassigned DID.
④ Select the License Type.
