Call Parking

The Call Parking window features drag-and-drop to park a caller or to retrieve a parked caller.  The parked caller's extension is displayed in line making it easy to chat the extension to another user within the company for manual retrieval.  Please read How do I park a call? for information about parking and retrieving parked callers.
