IMG 1010 - Raw API Command

Description:

This pane gives the user the ability to configure different features by sending a RAW API command down to the IMG. Once the RAW API is sent, the command sent becomes part of the configuration file. Do not use this unless instructed by Sangoma Technical Support Personnel.

Accessing this Pane:

Dialogic IMG EMS-> Logical IMG -> Physical IMG -> New Raw API Cmds -> New RAW API Cmd

Configure File:

To download a RAW API file, you must create a new file named rawapi.hex and transfer it to one of the following folders.

Once the rawapi.hex file is in this folder the RAW API object in ClientView will find it and automatically populate the Configure File field with this file (If object is already created, you may need to delete and readd object for it to find the rawapi.hex file). To send this file to the IMG either Right Click on rawapi.hex object and select Send RAW API or simply hit the Send RAW API button in ClientView GUI.
