SWVX-13003 Unable to register phones following update

Description: Some users may experience a problem registering phones after performing a software update to Switchvox. This is accompanied by an error log: There was a problem regenerating a configuration file for the phone with mac address xxxxxxxxxxxx. This is caused by a partial failure of the update not applying certain information to the extension files.
