Blank page when charting reports
When in Chrome the chart report returns a blank page.
Customer will try to chart a report from the call reporting tool, but the chart is blank.
The image on the "Chart Report" has nothing, no lines, and is completely blank save for the X in the corner to close out the window.
Steps to correct:
Have the customer click on the word "Secure" at the beginning of the address bar.
Go to "Flash" and click the arrow next to the word "Ask (Default)"
Choose "Always Allow"
Reload the page
Chart the report again.
