SWVX-12546 Downloaded Internal Directory is not reflecting changes

Description: Extension were changed or created however the downloaded version of the internal directory did not show these changes. If the directory is saved before being downloaded these changes are reflected. This was cased by the download button not triggering the save function.  

Workaround: If changes have been made save the internal directory first then download
