Blank Concurrent Calls Chart in Chrome

When using the Chrome browser, if you are attempting to view the concurrent calls chart and it shows blank, follow the below steps:

  1. In Chrome, click on the "Secure/Not Secure" button to the left of the address bar.

  2. This will allow you to modify the site settings. Here, you will ALLOW flash player on all sites. 

  3. After this is complete, save the changes. 

  4. Then refresh the reporting page, and the chart will be displayed.
