Title: Call Report by Account breakdown showing 0 calls for extensions

DEV case: SWVX-4977

 

Long Description: If you run a call report by account and select overview and selecting either 'total number of incoming' or 'total number of outgoing and view the report, they report 0 calls. But if you run the same report and select 'total number of calls' then you receive correct results.

Title: Configuring the directory with an exit extension, then delete the exit extension from the system causing issues with db table to not update causing a UI error

DEV case: SWVX-5027

 

Long Description: When you set the directory exit extension, then delete the exit extension from the system, this causes the exit extension to remain in the directory_values db table causing the UI error: An extension with that number does not exist.

Title: Call Acknowledgment stays with call

DEV case: SWVX-5039

 

Long Description: If a call routes to an extension that has a call rule with call acknowledgment enabled and that call rule is sending to a number that does not answer (goes to voicemail) then if during the voicemail greeting, the caller presses 0 to exit and forward to another system extensions, this causes the system extension to be prompted for call acknowledgement.

Title: Discrepancy between inbound/outbound calls in Call Log vs Call Reports

DEV case: SWVX-5107

 

Long Description: Call Reports can differentiate an inbound call from an outbound calls based on the phone extension that the report is being run on.

Title: Enabling extension setting 'Beep after Assisted Transfer' does not save correctly

DEV case: SWVX-5123

 

Long Description:  If you enable the Extension Setting 'Beep after Assisted Transfer' under Setup - Settings then refresh the Settings page, the setting reverts back to No.

Title: Intermittently Queue Agents phones do not ring when they show to be available

DEV case: SWVX-5133

 

Long Description:  This issue is caused by an issue within Asterisk extension queue status. At times, if users place callers on hold or transfer from the queue, this can cause their Asterisk queue status to get stuck in an (on hold) state causing queue calls to not ring their phone when they show to be available.

Title: Switchvox.call API fails when using variable 'ignore_call_rules'

DEV case: SWVX-5121

 

Long Description: If you're using the Switchvox.Call API and you're using the ignore_call_rules variable, this causes the API to fail to dial the dial_first variable.

Title: Queue redirecting calls when agent is logged in but paused (using in queue call route)

DEV case: SWVX-5188

 

Long Description: If using the in queue call route of 'if there aren't any members logged into the queue, route all incoming calls to extension X' and the queue members are login members and they are paused, this causes calls to redirect according to the in queue call route when they should not.

Title: Channel Assignment issues when using specific card combinations, causing system to drop to offline state

DEV case: SWVX-5211, SWVX-5217

 

Long Description: When using the TE13X series card plus an older T1 (TE122, TE202) card and analog (TDM800) card then when trying to enable the channels in /Admin, the system is kicked offline

Title: Intercom/paging extension is combining two pages into one page

DEV case: SWVX-5249

 

Long Description: When two different SIP phone extensions dial to the same intercom/paging extension at the exact same time, its resulting in two separate calls to the paging extension to be combined on the same page to the Recipients of the paging extension.

Title: Restoring a backup taken before using Digium Phone Apps, makes the apps unusable

DEV case: SWVX-5694

 

Long Description: If you have an older backup file that was taken prior to any Digium Phone Apps being installed then if you install an App then try to restore from the old backup file, then try to install the App again the App upload will fail with an SQL error.

Title: Uploading extension profile image to exact specs causes upload failure.

Long Description: If you are trying to upload an extension profile image and the image is the exact image specs, you will get an error: There was an error cropping your image.Error cropping image. Please check pixel options.

Title: Backups can fail to create if using a foreign language as their account locale.

DEV case: SWVX-5827

 

Long Description: If you're using a foreign language for its system locale and you try to create a backup with Voicemail and Fax Files included, the backup may fail.
