Title:Â DID Routes - Modifying Rule will trigger an inaccurate warning if DID Number is not modified

Long Description: This issue occurs on both single routes and multiple DID routes. When you modify an existing route and make a change to any field (except the DID), the system checks to see if this change will create a conflict, since the DID being checked is the same as the one stored for a rule(this one), it will warn of a possible conflict... with itself. This warning does not impede function if you continue.

Long Description: When you have two local D-phones converged together, combined with an extension ring-all call rule to ring both the master and slave converged devices immediately, while both convergered extensions are permanent members of a call queue, this is causing the Salesforce Panel and SugarCRM panels to load the contact info twice; once upon the ring then again after the call is answered.
