SWVX-13863 Upload External Contacts File Text Box does not Populate

Description: When Importing an External Contacts Sheet as Admin, after you select a Contacts File from your local computer to upload, the Upload External Contacts File Text Box still only displays Click to Add File. If you mouseover the Text Box it will show the file you selected, and you can still click Submit.
