D80 Not Connecting after 6.5.1.1 System Update

Dev Case  ID: SWVX-12246

Issue Summary: After 6.5.1.1 upgrade D80 enters into a reboot loop after the phone upgrades its firmware. This is created if voicemail features permissions (Turned Off Visual Voicemail permission) is disabled on Switchvox, Customer affected by this issue should re-enable the voicemail feature permissions at the extension configuration in order to workaround this issue.

The Msgs Button Action under Phone Settings should be set to Open Visual Voicemail as well.

Sending a fax from extension web tools in French language produces error

Issue Summary: Sending a fax, from extension web tools in French language, produces error (Erreur d'envoi de fax sélectionné Invalid Fax Folder: Fax.Brouillions), the problem is not reproducible when English is selected as language in the UI

Chrome Dialer add on not working after update to 6.5.1.1

Calls will drop when attempting to resume a parked call using an external converged phone

Issue Summary: Calls parked by the main extension are unable to be picked up by an external converged phone. This is triggered when a user tries to take a call from the parking lot using the Switchboard and sends the call to an external converged phone (such as cell phone).
