Newly Created Extension Unable to Dial Outbound

We usually see this when the extension does not have access to an outgoing call rule. To correct this:

1. Navigate to the Setup tab

2. Select Manage under the Extensions section

3. Modify the problem extension

4. Navigate to the Outgoing Call Rules tab

5. From here we will need to select one or more outgoing call rules that this extension should be able to utilize
