Switchvox: VoIP Provider SRV Lookup

Versions of Switchvox software prior to 7.5 release did not offer the SRV Lookup feature.

In Switchvox software 7.5 and later, DNS SRV lookup will take place if the Proxy Host field is populated with the SIP/VOIP provider hostname.
