Switchvox - E510 not recognizing keyboard during install
There are a few cases recently where a keyboard works fine until the step to install. At that point it’s no longer recognized.
The following changes in the BIOS should resolve the problem.
Once you enter into the BIOS:
Got to Chipset
Go to Self bridge
Choose USB configuration
Disable first option XHCI
Enable USB 2.0 support
This should resolve the issue.
