Firedialer will not connect to Switchvox

The following error is caused by Firedialer not recognizing the security certificate of your switchvox system:

In order to resolve it:

  1. Copy and paste the PBX hostname from Firedialer into your Firefox address bar

  2. When the "This connection is Untrusted" page appears, click I Understand the Risks

  3. Click Add Exception, and Confirm Security Exception.

Your Firedialer should now receive the proper response from your PBX hostname.
