Telephony card appears twice in Switchvox
If there are ever duplicate entries of your telephony card under server>maintenance>telephony cards you can use the following steps to remove it:
Go to setup>Call Routing>Channel Groups
Select Modify next to a channel group
Uncheck each channel until they are all deselected
Click Save channel group
Follow steps 2 through 4 until all channels are deselected in all channel groups
Go to Server>Maintenance>Telephony Cards
Click the Delete button next to each Telephony card appearance
Click Scan for New Devices
After scanning and detecting the card, you can go back and re-distribute your channel groups in order to become fully functional again.
