Description:Â Some users may experience an issue where all calls drop on the system following an attempted transfer. This is caused by a race condition in which either side of the transfer attempts to end the call before the transfer has been confirmed. While this does not affect all transfers in these versions, it becomes more likely the more transfers occur on the system.
Workaround: An unrelated update in version 6.6.0.2 partially mitigated the issue by reducing the window during which this issue can occur. If you are on an earlier version and experiencing this problem, an update may relieve symptoms.
