Queue display requirements on Switchvox for P-series phones

There are occasions where, after adding an extension (using p-series phones) to a queue, the queue apps does not appear on the phone. If this happens, please confirm the following:

  • Call Queue must be in Internal Directory

  • Queue agent must have at least one permission (My Queues, Overview, Detailed View, Call Control) under Call Queues > Permissions

This applies to all versions of Switchvox where the p-series phones are supported.
