SWVX-12762 Call forwarding rules not removed during update

Description:  When updating from 6.5.2 to 6.6.0.1 call forwarding rules from a main phone to a converged phone are not removed. Since additional phone replace converged phones and additional phones do not use call forwarding this causes calls to fail.

Workaround:  Delete any call forwarding rule pointed to an additional phone
