Internal Directory is now its own menu item. It functions the same way as previously (see TOOLS-EXTENSION-FEATURES-Contacts-6-0). 

Internal Directory

Internal Directory is part of every phone user's Contacts, and by default, it includes all Switchvox extensions. Each extension in the Internal Directory indicates which visible Groups the extension belongs in. If you have customized the Internal Directory so it only contains specific Groups (rather than the default All Extensions), be sure any Groups marked “Admin only NO” are included here in the Internal Directory. For details, see the section Setup > Extension Groups.

If you prefer not to include all extensions, you can customize this to include only specific extension Groups. Then, only the members of the Groups selected here are included in Contacts.

Click the Download Internal Directory (floppy disk icon) to download the XML for the Internal Directory. This file is useful for another Switchvox to upload as an External Contacts file. To do that, go to Tools > External Contacts on the other Switchvox.

Click Save when finished.
